Hot water bath do feels good. But you must know that, it is neither good for your hair nor for your skin, as it takes away the natural oils from the skin. So instead of choosing hot water, stick to lukewarm water. This will not only make you feel good, but will also maintain the level of natural oils in your skin.

People are commonly affected by dehydration during winters. It is important to maintain the hydration level from inside out because it ultimately makes your skin glow and clear. Drink water on a regular basis and feed on fruits that are rich in water content, like kiwi, apple, orange, watermelon, etc.
6. TRY DIY MASKS
Homemade DIY mask is a good option to provide moisture to your skin. You can use ingredients like honey, yogurt, olive oil, avocado, almond and bananas. Mix any two of them together to form a paste and leave it for about 20-30 minutes.
7. PROTECT YOUR SKIN
Protecting the skin from cold wind, snow and rain is vital during this season. Get used to wearing raincoats, gloves, stoles and jackets. As winter sun can prove to be as much harmful as the summer sun, always remember applying sunscreen before heading out.
